Located just thirty minutes north of Downtown Dallas, Dolce Twin Creeks Phase 2 will consist of 366 Class A apartments in addition to a 15,000 square foot commercial building which will be leased to a medical office tenant. The community will be constructed adjacent to Dolce Twin Creeks (374 apartments) and will be built in a hybrid midrise-garden development style with enclosed corridors, elevators, and resort-style amenities. The complex will feature an expansive two-story clubhouse, fitness center, resort-style pool with outdoor grilling stations and cabanas, and a large dog park for any four-legged residents.
With over 100,000 residents and a median income of approximately $110,000, Allen is an upscale suburb within the Dallas-Fort-Worth metroplex. North Texas has experienced some of the strongest in-migration and employment growth in the country, adding just over 100,000 jobs last year – second only to the NYC metro.
North Texas is widely recognized for its friendly business climate and has been extremely successful in attracting corporate relocations. Toyota Motor North America is among the most recent transplants, relocating more than 3,000 jobs to Plano for its opening in 2017. In early 2019, the City of Allen opened a $91 million convention center, which is highly anticipated to attract more interest from corporate tenants. In addition, Collin College is building a new campus in Allen, which will serve as many as 7,000 students when it opens in 2020.
Dolce Twin Creeks Phase 2 is expected to be completed in the 4th Quarter of 2020.
